Community Pace Community PACE At Home Inc.- A Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly. For many individuals it is a welcomed alternative to nursing home care.

PACE provides individualized medical and social services to those who wish to continue living in their own home or community environment despite chronic health needs.
