We are so excited to participate in our first Newaygo Community Event. Come and hang out with us at Brooks Park in Newaygo on June 6th from 12 (noon) to 3pm for Kids Day, which is a free event. We will have a booth their (Fishing For Health) where the kids will be able to fish for a prize. Our staff will be available to answer any questions and socialize with the community. Celebrating the Start of Summer
Our office will be closed on May 22nd and May 25th to celebrate those that fought for our freedom and lost their lives! Along with enjoying the fun of summer. We will resume our normal hours on Tuesday May 26th at 8am. Please have a safe and happy holiday.

We have meet CMS standards: Our clinic complies with requirements set by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services for Rural Health Clinics.
We have passed an external review: The Compliance Team conducted an on-site survey to assess areas like patient care, safety, operations, and documentation.
