Dr. Amy earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from University of Western States where she also earned her Master’s degree in Sports Medicine and Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at San Jose State University. She is passionate about helping individuals of all activity levels seeking to improve their quality of life and striving to optimize performance. Dr. Amy utilizes a comprehensive treatment model that combines hands-on care with clinical rehabilitation, movement retraining, and lifestyle management to address the root cause of dysfunction and promote lasting results. Her clinical approach involves diversified chiropractic adjusting, dermal traction to treat superficial nerve issues, myofascial cupping, instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation (IASTM), Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), Mckenzie Method (MDT), and Clinical Neurodynamics. She is dedicated in empowering patients through movement and believes in the importance of building their confidence in managing their well-being. She spends her free time hiking, weightlifting, watching TV shows, going to concerts, cooking, and exploring new restaurants.
