Behind every “smooth” client experience is an owner buried in tabs, spreadsheets, and one very long setup video, muttering at a screen. 😅

This week that’s me. I’m building out our new CRM (GoHighLevel) so I can spend less admin time buried in scheduling and business tasks when I’m not with patients, and more time actually with you.

Bear with me if things feel a little quiet or slightly glitchy behind the scenes over the next bit. I promise it’s worth it. Automated systems mean less time on all the aspects of running a clinic and more time on care.
