Pun intended ;) My table sets up in 8 minutes! So light some candles, burn some incense and put on some soothing music while I melt the stresses of the day away. After your massage, I'll break down my table and you'll be left to your own accord in the comfort of your own home. No stressful driving home from a massage clinic! Its that simple and STRESS FREE!! Every body is different, and every session tells a different story. That’s why I believe massage therapy should never be “one size fits all.” As a massage therapist, I use a variety of tools and techniques because each client’s muscles, tension patterns, pain levels, and comfort needs are unique. Some days the body responds best to gentle hands-on work, while other sessions may benefit from cups, heat, stretching, trigger point tools, bolsters, or other therapeutic techniques. I use every tool in my toolbox with intention — to create a customized experience that helps your body heal, relax, and move better. The art of massage is knowing how to adapt to what your body needs in that moment.
