I travel with a variety of essential oils , therapeutic grade of course, and I always have Biofreeze handy! Pun intended ;) My table sets up in 8 minutes! So light some candles, burn some incense and put on some soothing music while I melt the stresses of the day away. After your massage, I'll break down my table and you'll be left to your own accord in the comfort of your own home. No stressful driving home from a massage clinic! Its that simple and STRESS FREE!! I make house calls . It’s where I started 24 years ago and I am still a mobile therapist to this day! I may have several offices that I contract with throughout the area but my heart will always be with mobile massage therapy. Being able to bring wellness to someone in the comfort of their own home and helping educate them on what they can potentially do to feel better is my passion .

If you haven’t been to Gusto Gastronomia Italiana in Newberg , you’re missing out . Not only do they have fabulous sauces and pasta to take home but they also do paninis and pastries ! I work upstairs in the shared building and I’m reaping all the benefits ! Today I had a prosciutto and arugula panini and I’m taking home this glorious beast !🙌🏼

Hanging out at Friendsview today to see some wonderful residents !

I had a really relaxing weekend so I’m ready to bring the healing 🙌🏼

The first half of my day will be at the senior living community and the second half of my day will be at the wellness center 😎. I love being a mobile therapist ! You can catch me this weekend in Lincoln City where I’ll be bringing health and wellness to the coastal community 🌊
