This one hit meš¾ā¤ļø
There was a timeā¦
when I didnāt think I could.
After you left,
everything felt like it stoppedā
the world kept movingā¦
but I didnāt.
Mornings cameā¦
but I didnāt know how to step into them.
Even simple things felt heavyā
like my heart forgot
how to carry itself without you.
You were part of every routineā¦
every quiet momentā¦
every reason I kept showing up.
And when you were goneā¦
it felt like I lost
the part of me that knew how to continue.
I didnāt become strong overnight.
I brokeā¦
slowly⦠quietlyā¦
in ways no one else could see.
I learned how grief hides in ordinary momentsā
in empty spaces,
in habits that donāt make sense anymore,
in the silence that follows your name.
But somewhere inside all that acheā¦
something gentle started to grow.
Not strength like the world talks aboutā
not loud, not unshaken.
Just⦠small courage.
The kind that whispers,
āTry again⦠just one more day.ā
So I did.
One breath at a time.
One step at a time.
I learned to wake upā¦
even when I didnāt want to.
I learned to move forwardā¦
even when part of me stayed behind with you.
And I realized somethingā¦
Iām not leaving you behind by continuing.
Iām carrying you with me.
In the way I love deeper now.
In the way I notice the small, beautiful things
you once taught me to see.
In the softness I offer the world
because of you.
Maybe thatās what healing really isā
not forgettingā¦
not replacingā¦
but learning to walk forward
with love still intact.
So yesā¦
I learned to keep going.
Not because it stopped hurtingā¦
but because you taught me
how to keep loving.
And thatā¦
is what moves me forward. šš¾
