General trauma bays and specialty treatment bays for cardiac, asthma, women's health and pediatrics enable SLCH's highly skilled ER team to provide comprehensive, quality care in a patient-centered environment. This past weekend, 13 Internal Medicine Residents graduated from our Medical Education Program. This outstanding group celebrated alongside family, friends, faculty, and one another, and we could not be prouder of what they have accomplished. As Montefiore St. Luke's Cornwall (MSLC) continues to grow our Graduate Medical Education programs, we are reminded that the success of our residents is made possible by the extraordinary doctors who dedicate their time to teaching, mentoring, and supporting the next generation of physicians and pharmacists. With this in mind, MSLC has established our own Faculty Appreciation Day, today, June 12th. Going forward, we will recognize our faculty every year on the second Friday in June.

This special day provides an opportunity to celebrate the faculty members and clinical teams whose commitment to education has helped shape our Residency Programs and contributed to their continued success. Through our faculty's guidance, expertise, and leadership, our residents gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to provide exceptional patient care and grow into outstanding doctors.
