Today, I stopped by our local fire station to connect, introduce myself, and thank the people who continuously serve and protect our community every single day.

At LuxeCore Pilates + Wellness, it’s always been bigger than fitness for me ….it’s about people, relationships, wellness, and creating a space where everyone feels seen, supported, and welcomed.

A year from now, I’ll look back at this video and be even more thankful that I chose to pursue this dream.

12:20 AM… finally done cleaning the studio.
And honestly, how blessed am I to be able to do this?

I pray the trajectory of my life continues to be one of service, purpose, and love.

I had the opportunity to volunteer at the Newburgh Senior Center and share the benefits of Pilates with some incredible people.

Pilates is not just for one type of person, one age group, or one fitness level… Pilates is for everyone. It’s about movement, mobility, strength, balance, confidence, and feeling good in your body at every stage of life.

Being able to connect, educate, and give back to the community means everything to me. This is bigger than fitness. This is about people💙!
