A message to our community:

Today, multiple individuals used our business dumpster without permission, leaving it overflowing to the point that the lids could not be closed. One individual disposed of numerous bags of what appeared to be catered food, and when the bags broke, food and trash were left scattered across our driveway and parking lot.

We have always tried to be good neighbors and have generally looked the other way when someone needed to dispose of a small item. Unfortunately, today’s events crossed a line. Leaving a mess for someone else to clean up is both inconsiderate and disrespectful.

Please be aware that our property is monitored by video surveillance, and today’s unauthorized dumping activities were recorded.

As a result, our dumpster will no longer be available for public use, and we will be taking additional measures to prevent unauthorized dumping in the future.

We respectfully ask that our property and waste services be treated with the same consideration you would expect for your own home or business.

Thank you to the many members of our community who are thoughtful, respectful, and supportive of local businesses.

Our brain is made up of neuropathways, mental trails created by repetition. These pathways influence many of the choices we make without even thinking about them. The route we take to work, the way we make our coffee, reaching for our phone the moment we have to wait, and even the thoughts we think about ourselves.

Imagine standing at the edge of a forest with two paths in front of you. One path is wide, clear, and well-worn from years of travel. The other is narrow and overgrown, with tall grass, spiderwebs, and obstacles that make it look difficult to navigate.

Which path would you naturally choose?

Most of us would take the path that looks familiar and safe. Our brains do the same thing. Whether in moments of ease or moments of stress, the brain tends to follow the path it has traveled most often.

The challenge is that some of those well-worn paths are not always healthy. They may be pathways of worry, self-criticism, addiction, fear, people-pleasing, anger, or hopelessness. They are familiar, but not necessarily beneficial.

The good news is that God designed our brains to be capable of change. Through intentional practice, we can create new pathways. We can take our thoughts captive, challenge old beliefs, and learn healthier ways of thinking and responding. At first, the new path may feel uncomfortable and overgrown. But every time we choose it, we clear it a little more.

Eventually, what once felt difficult becomes familiar.

The path your brain travels most often becomes the path it chooses most easily. The good news? New paths can be made.

“The one where we celebrate our staff…”

Could our team BE any more awesome? 😆
This week, we’re celebrating our incredible staff with a nostalgic look at what they might have looked like if they were working in their current roles back in the days of dial-up internet, pagers, and must-see TV. 📺✨

The performance of our staff says every day “I’ll be there for you!”🎶
Just don’t take any of Jeramiah’s lunch though because “J doesn’t share food!!” 🍔🌭🌮🥗🍕🍟
All kidding aside, our staff shows up with compassion, dedication, laughter, kindness, and care for our patients and families, and we truly could not ask for a better group of people.

🎶 So no one told you healthcare was gonna be this way… 👏👏👏👏
But “welcome to the real world it sucks you’re gonna love it!” 😂😬😂

So if you find yourself hanging around our version of Central Perk this week, be sure to show our amazing team some love! ☕❤️ And if you won’t be stopping by anytime soon, drop a comment below and remind them they’re definitely not anyone’s Smelly Cat. 🎶😂 🐈‍⬛

🎶 “Whoa, we’re halfway there…” Welcome to Wednesday.🎶

As part of our Employee Appreciation Week, we decided to jump in the DeLorean, crank up the boombox, and head Back to the Future — otherwise known as the totally rad 1980s! 📼⚡🎸

From big hair and neon colors to cassette tapes and roller skates, these fun photos imagine what our amazing staff might have looked like if they were working in their current careers during the days of The Golden Girls, leg warmers, arcade games, and MTV countdowns. 😎

And while the fashion may have changed since the days when 🎵 Girls Just Want to Have Fun 🎵 and Michael Jackson ruled the radio, one thing has stayed exactly the same — the compassion, heart, and dedication our staff brings to patients and families every single day. ❤️

This incredible team works hard behind the scenes to make sure every patient feels supported, cared for, and valued. Whether they’re answering phones, helping at the front desk, providing care, or supporting families, they truly are the rockstars of our clinic — and they deserve more applause than a sold-out Bon Jovi concert. 🎤👏

So come on, don’t “Beat It” without showing these awesome staff members some love! 💕
If someone on our team has made a difference for you or your family, drop a comment below and give them a shoutout. Your kind words and encouragement mean more than you know!

Now if you’ll excuse us… we’re gonna go grab our Walkman, rewind the VHS tapes, and make it home before Growing Pains comes on. 📺✨

We’ve officially grooved, I mean moved our way into the next decade — the 1970s! ✌️🪩Take a look at what we M*A*S*H*ed to...

We’ve officially grooved, I mean moved our way into the next decade — the 1970s! ✌️🪩

Take a look at what we M*A*S*H*ed together and what we think some of our amazing staff may have looked like if they were working in their current careers back in the ‘70s. 📺⛑️

Hey J… lookin’ good, Mr. Carter! Or should we say Bob? Bob Ross? 😂🎨

And let’s be honest… a few of our staff members definitely could have starred in Charlie’s Angels. 💁‍♀️✨

No matter the decade, we know this crew would have been outta sight and doing their very best helping patients stayin’ alive. 🕺

If you happen to cruise by the clinic this week, don’t be shy — show our team a little peace and love! ☮️❤️ And if you won’t be rolling by the office anytime soon, feel free to drop some groovy comments below and share the love there.🛼
