Hello! Ducky Behavioral Solutions, INC is now offering Immigration evaluations, and have appointments open starting next week! With my approach, I tailor the assessment to the particular needs of each case, including:
· Asylum Cases–Explaining the possible psychological reasons why a client has missed the one-year filing deadline; detailing psychological symptoms that have arisen from past persecution, and possible harm that may come from having to return to their country of origin.
· Extreme Hardship Cases–Identifying the unique factors contributing to a client’s psychological distress such as illness, disability, professional or financial hardship, and adverse home-country conditions.
· VAWA Cases–Detailing the client’s symptoms which are common for victims of domestic violence; assessing credibility of the clients reports; explaining how the abuser used the client’s undocumented status to exert power and control.
· U Visa Cases— Detailing the client’s symptoms that are a possible result of the trauma they went through; assessing the validity of events the client reports to, and how they have affected them; Assessing the client over all mental soundness.
I provide in-person evaluations as well as video conference assessments and have experience working with interpreters. Also, for their convenience, I accept credit cards, and provide payment plan options. At times I do have openings in my schedule for a reduced-fee evaluation and I would be happy to offer it to you when available for a client who might need financial consideration. At those times, I am to offer a discount based on the individual needs.
