A 4-Week Beginner Yoga Series

You've thought about trying yoga. You've driven by. Maybe you've even followed us for a while thinking, “Someday I'm going to try that.”

This is your someday.

BEGIN is for the brand-new yogi OR anyone who's been away from their mat and is ready to start again.

For four Sundays, we're taking away the intimidation and breaking yoga down—one pose, one breath and one week at a time.

~ Week 1: Learn the basics
~ Week 2: Connect breath + movement
~ Week 3: Build balance + confidence
~ Week 4: Put it all together!

No experience.
No flexibility required.
No need to know what a Down Dog is.

August invites us to Gather the Light, to pause and soak in the warmth, joy, and beauty that surrounds us. Like collecting rays of sunshine to carry within, this evening offers space to rest, reflect, and reconnect with the light already shining inside you.

Rest comfortably as Jessica provides soothing vibrations from crystal bowls and healing instruments wash over you, helping to release lingering tension, clear stagnant energy, and settle the nervous system. As the sounds ripple through the body, they create space for deep relaxation, renewal, and balance.
