Hey folks,

We had an awesome 2026, so glad to see all of you again. Thank you for all of the support!

I am in the processes of accepting a position with a local non-profit that will take up my day and not allow me to be at the markets.

So, I will be ending the farmers market season early. However, you can still get quail eggs at the Apple Hill Farm Outpost and direct pickup at our farm by Elk Mountain Riding Company (please message or call ahead).

We'll see you at Avery County Farmers Market this Thursday 3-6p and at First Chair Coffee Shop Saturday 10a-2p.

Hey Folks, looks like we'll be missing Avery County Farmers Market tomorrow, please feel free to stop by the farm to get some Quail Eggs or Tinctures.

Our Mushrooms may make it back this season, we had some issues without tent that required us to restart all of our blocks.

We will be at First Chair Coffee Shop on Saturday 10a-2p

Looking for an alternative solution but still not certain if we'll be there - Please reach out if you want to stop by the farm and pickup some Quail Eggs, Tinctures, or fresh Lions Mane Mushroom this week.

We will not be at the market today, due to - yet another sell out!

Folks if you want mushrooms or quail eggs, and are banking on catching us at the local markets, you may want to reach out via Facebook and get on the priority list! We are blessed to have such great support from our locals and travelers alike.

This is our re-start year, as we have finally crossed the point of repairing Helene damage and have moved onto improving our production line for the years to come.

See you at the Avery County Farmers Market today, 3-6p behind the fire station.

Boxes come out to ~6oz
Uglies today are $5 a box of mix oyster
$10 box Sh*take, oyster, lionsmane

Quail Eggs: 18 eggs and prep scissors for $5.

Quail eggs have 2.5x the protein of a chicken egg, and are a bakers dream when making "chewy or fluffy" treats.
Dogs (and cats) love them hard boiled! They only take a few minutes to boil!

I still have some 14 blend mushroom tinctures left on sale in person. Regularly $45, they are on sale for $20 at the markets. This is the same extraction used in mushroom coffee, but you can put it into any drink or enjoy directly below your tongue.
