Pathways Center is proud to announce the launch of its new Central Scheduling System, designed to make accessing services easier, faster, and more efficient for individuals and families throughout the community!

This new system was developed in direct response to community feedback. Pathways Center listened carefully to the needs and concerns of those seeking services and worked diligently to create a streamlined process that improves communication, reduces barriers to care, and helps individuals get connected to services more quickly. The development of the new Central Scheduling System reflects Pathways Center’s ongoing commitment to continuous improvement, responsiveness, and delivering the highest quality experience possible for every individual and family seeking care.

Through the new Central Scheduling System, individuals simply call the designated scheduling number or send an email to be connected directly with a live representative. The representative will personally guide each individual through the registration process, answer questions, and assist with scheduling their first appointment.

Pathways Center will continue fully launching the Central Scheduling System throughout the summer across each clinic location. However, community members may begin using the new scheduling line immediately for services at any Pathways Center clinic, including Coweta, Carroll, Heard, Spalding, and Troup counties.

When navigating a busy week, it is easy for our minds and bodies to become overwhelmed by the sheer volume of daily demands.

If you find yourself needing a quick, effective way to find your footing, the Cold Water Reset Method is a simple somatic tool you can practice anywhere! By simply splashing cold water on your face or using a cool compress, you trigger a natural physiological response that gently slows your heart rate and anchors you back in the present moment. It is a quick, physical pause button for your nervous system.

Wellness isn't about doing everything perfectly; it's about recognizing when you need a moment to step back and care for your well-being. If your day feels a bit crowded today, we encourage you to take a brief pause, try a cold water reset, and give yourself permission to move through the rest of your afternoon at your own pace.
