Are YOU having issues with tight hamstrings? Glutes and hips tight? Low back pain?

YOUR NECK IS STRANGLING YOUR BRAIN (AND IT’S NOT JUST A STIFFNESS).

THE ANATOMY OF THE CHOKEPOINT
Look closely at this visualization. Underneath those "tight" neck muscles—the Suboccipitals—lies the most critical intersection in your body. In the US, we are facing an epidemic of "Brain Fog" and chronic fatigue. We blame diet and stress, but look at the biomechanics: Your Vertebral Artery and Greater Occipital Nerve are being physically crushed by your skull's base.

I don’t understand why this person thought I would just agree to launder money for them! I’m not that naive, geez!!!

I have been on a very emotional journey since August and instead of taking care of my self, I kinda haven’t. This needs to change. I know it’s a process and not an easy one at times.

I know the importance of health and wellness. It has been my lifestyle and goals for each of my clients to achieve.

Yesterday, May 1st, I promised myself I would do something everyday to move my body, feed my body better (even if it’s one celery stick 🤣) and calm my mind. To be intentional with my actions and not just go through the motions, even if it’s only 5 minutes.

If you have been feeling the need and wanting to make changes in your life, get better at what you’re already doing and want to take this journey together, let’s do it!!

Good morning y’all!!
It’s been a while since I have posted anything or have had any availability for appointments.

Since deciding to start my business in November, I’ve made some other big life decisions. I moved out of the Newnan area to the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains in North Georgia!!

I have decided to open my schedule for those must have girls trips and couples get aways!!

I am working on pricing, availability and a start date. If you or anyone one you know is heading my way and wants to book massage in your cabin, message me for details!!
