Reflecting on this past year and the phrase that keeps coming up for me is “do it scared.”
This year was full of growth, change, & LOTS OF FEAR.
Opening up my own private practice had always been a dream, but it felt like a dream I would reach in the far distant future.
Despite my fear & uncertainty, I decided to say “yes” to the opportunity and go for it! But don’t be fooled, there have been many challenges along the way. It’s been a wild ride …
But sometimes you have to take the leap & trust that you can guide yourself to safety.
Follow your gut. Listen to your intuition. Do things scared.
