Thereβs a lot of preparation that happens before a new breast implant ever goes into place, and those little details really matter ππΌ
Once the implant is opened onto the sterile field, itβs carefully prepared and disinfected with a sterile solution to help minimize contamination and unnecessary handling.
From there, itβs loaded into a Keller Funnel, which helps us guide the implant through the incision and into the breast pocket with less direct contact.
We kee the process as clean, controlled, and precise as possible. It may only be one small part of surgery, but itβs one I take very seriously. ππΌ
