Time for an upgrade ⏰ ✨

This patient enjoyed her saline implants for over 20 years before experiencing an implant deflation. To achieve a fuller, perkier breast she chose to exchange for new saline implants and add an additional cup size of volume. The added volume filled out her skin and added the extra upper pole fullness to achieve her desired look!
