I've never done a dead hang and timed myself. This wasn't too hard. I think I can go up 60 seconds! What are the benefits ?

My top 3 are

1. Increased GRIP strength = increased LONGEVITY!
2. Spinal decompression = feels good to destress the discs!
3. Challenges - forearm, back AND core muscles !

This is a much different breakfast than what I used to eat. The lady next to me Kit Coffee was eating what the old me used to eat- chocolate croissant and cappuccino with sugar.
I was SUCH a sugarholic but I really turned that around when I hit 40. My friends know the old me would have NEVER haveordered a salad for breakfast! 😆

I prep these ingredients on Sunday night by rough chopping and adding them to big salad bowl. Then every morning I grab a handful of each and squeeze about half the lemon or less, blend it in my with water and ice and voila! My morning smoothie! This much lasts me and my family at least 4 days worth of a greens drink!

My favorite present is my mom visiting me for Xmas! Started my bday weekend by dragging her to a Pilates-HIIT-Meditation class ! 😆 working out in a steamy studio is THE hardest as we're both heat-intolerant 🥵! But we soldiered on! We got pink Santa Hats and pink socks! We had so much fun! And the owner Hoori is so lovely! Can't wait to collab!

While we were sweatin it out-- Had my hubby and son get massages, got my car detailed at work, office cleaned, and Chiro table serviced!
Did some Christmas shopping with mama and then got boba! Then early dinner with some of our favorite people.

Thank you for the calamansi sorbet! And honey! We love you guys!
