Your body isn’t the same from head to toe. Your light session shouldn’t be either.

A typical light bed runs at one setting across its whole length, as if every part of you had the same density and mass. The MultiZone™ Light Bed splits into five zones, and each one can be set on its own.

If you want to focus on your lower back, the bed can shift power away from the other wavelengths and into 810 nm, one of the near infrared wavelengths that reaches deepest. The result is more light concentrated where you want it.

Red is great for the surface. Near infrared is how you go deeper.

Did you know your skin type can change how much light you actually receive in a red light session? 🛡️

Deeper skin tones and tattoos both absorb more light at the surface. That’s why we developed LUCIUM, a serum you apply before your session that’s designed to help more light pass through.

Curious how it works? Comment LUCIUM and we’ll share the details.

What if the answer isn't another supplement? 🤔

Oxygen. Magnetism. Light. They've been here since the beginning.

Modern life keeps a lot of us indoors, sedentary, and disconnected from those basics.

The Superhuman Protocol™ uses advanced technology to bring all three into one routine, in the order that makes the most sense: magnetism, oxygen, then light.

Did you know your skin tone affects how much light reaches below the surface during a session?

Darker skin naturally absorbs more red and near-infrared light. That’s why we made LUCIUM, a topical you apply before getting in the bed, designed to help more light get through.

Not sure what your skin type is? Look up the Fitzpatrick scale. It goes from type I, very fair, to type VI, deepest.

Red light and near-infrared (NIR) both fall within the therapeutic window, designed to support recovery and comfort.

Red light (630 to 660nm) is designed to support surface-level tissue, while NIR (810 to 940nm) is designed to reach deeper toward muscles, joints, and bones.

The difference is depth of pe*******on, which is why our protocol’s light step uses multiple wavelengths, not just one.

Nobody asks where the oxygen comes from. WE DID.

When we set out to make EWOT part of every Superhuman Protocol™ session, the equipment out there wasn’t built for it. It was bulky, slow, and designed for a hospital room, not a training session.

We tried working with what existed. It got us through, but just barely.

So we started from scratch and built oxygen delivery that could actually keep up with someone training hard.

Take a close look at a light bed next time you’re near one.

On a lot of them, the wavelengths are arranged in rows or strips, with red in one line and near-infrared in the next. Depending on where your body lands, you could be getting mostly one and very little of the other.

The MultiZone™ Light Bed is laid out differently. All four wavelengths sit together inside every square inch, and that pattern repeats across the entire bed.

So wherever you’re lying, front or back, head or feet, you get the same full-spectrum light.

Recovery is more than sore muscles. đź’Ş

Good recovery shows up in how you sleep and how you feel, not just how your body feels.

Red light is designed to support your natural rhythms, so it’s easier to wind down at night and wake up ready to go. It can also give your body a chance to move out of stress mode and into rest.

80.9% vs. 27.6% đź‘€

That’s the response rate researchers reported for red and infrared light compared to a sham device, in a new trial across three hospitals.

Something most people will miss: both groups were also doing rehab training. The light wasn’t doing the work alone. It was added to a program.

That’s how we think about light, too. It’s the third step in the Superhuman Protocol™, after PEMF and EWOT, and never the whole plan.
