Nine months ago, I started breaking out in itchy rashes all over my body. For six months, I went in and out of urgent care, met with dermatologists, had steroid shots and pills, tried antibiotics, and multiple prescribed ointments. While some things offered temporary relief, the rashes kept coming back and were getting worse.

In my despair, I wanted to see if Chinese herbal medicine and acupuncture could help. One day as I surfed online looking for solutions, Agape Natural Health website popped up. I read carefully about Dr. Kevin Huang’s medical background, experiences, and special training, and made an appointment.

Three months ago, I started intensive treatment. Under Dr. Huang’s guidance, my allergy condition started getting better. Beyond the acupuncture and herbs, his guidance included advice on what kind of clothes to wear and what to eat. This really helped!

Tips to Prevent Tendonitis

Take regular breaks

If you’re doing repetitive tasks (typing, lifting, cleaning, sports drills), pause every 30–60 minutes to rest and reset.

Warm up before activity

Light movement and dynamic stretching before exercise increases blood flow and prepares tendons for load.

Use proper form and ergonomics

Poor posture or technique is a major trigger. Whether it’s lifting weights or working at a desk, alignment matters.

Avoid “pushing through” pain

Early tendon irritation is a warning sign. Continuing the same activity through pain often turns irritation into injury.
