There numerous sayings in AA My favorite “Your best thinking got you here.” and “You’ve tried your way how about trying God’s way “ All these including the 12 Steps are stepping stones on the way to learning God’s will is always better than our own.

It takes willingness however, and our ego usually has to exhaust itself first. Recognizing our powerless and our life is unmanageable (first step AA) is the beginning of removing the veil and learning there is a power greater than ourselves that can restore us to sanity.

However, the real test is after coming to believe in a power greater than ourselves is to sincerely turn our will and our life over to the care of a higher power (loving God ) who can restore us not only to saniety but protects us, guides us, and provides us with all our needs. (adapted step 3)

On this new morning, give thanks to the Lord, for He has awakened you through His love and has given you another opportunity to walk in His light.

May God’s grace accompany every step you take today. May the Lord bless your thoughts so they may be filled with peace, your words so they may bring life, and your actions so they may bear good fruit.

May God open the doors that need to be opened before you, grant you wisdom in every decision you make, courage in times of difficulty, and patience during moments of waiting.

May His hand rest upon your family, your work, your plans, and every area of your life. Where there is a wound, may the Lord bring healing. Where there is a need, may He bring His provision. Where there is worry, may He place His peace within your heart.

Today, move forward with confidence: you are not alone. The God who gave you this new day walks with you, protects you, and prepares blessings that your eyes cannot yet see.

Prayer is always available to help any situation in times of trouble. It helps me maintain my composure and connection to Spiritual Truths and sends healing energy to the other person softening their resistance opening the door to greater receptivity and lifting their vibration.
