Honored and humbled to repair retinal detachment on this Swiss laser physicist who has worked in the ophthalmic laser field and has many patents and inventions. I rarely use silicone oil but I filled his eye with silicone oil instead of gas as he has to travel overseas. Retina is nicely attached on postop day 1.
