Meet David Crosson, Vice President of Ancillary Services at Virginia Health Services.

Today, we're excited to (re)introduce David, whose passion for serving older adults has guided more than 34 years in healthcare and continues to shape the compassionate care we provide every day.

Throughout his career, one belief has remained at the heart of everything he does:

"The people—both the seniors we care for and the co-workers I work alongside every day. Watching someone recover and regain their independence never gets old."

That simple philosophy reflects what Virginia Health Services has always stood for—putting people first.

David believes exceptional care begins with listening, grows through trusted relationships, and helps patients and families feel supported every step of the way. As he often says:
"Healthcare is still a people business."

Under David's leadership, our Therapy, Home Health, Hospice, and Pharmacy teams work together to provide a seamless continuum of care—helping individuals recover, heal, and maintain their independence while giving families confidence and peace of mind.

Warming hearts and paws this year for the holiday season!

This year we are supporting our community, furry friends, and local shelters with a pet food drive! Every donated bag or can of pet food, as well as treats, will go towards animals in need.

Donations are now being accepted until December 19th. Please drop off all pet needs at VHS Consulting, located at 240 Nat Turner Blvd. Newport News, VA.
