In 2017, I hosted my very first women’s retreat. An experience that took two years to bring to life. Not because the vision wasn’t clear, but because I felt it was too big for me. I wrestled with God, questioned myself, and faced more stumbling blocks, hurdles, and losses than I could count.
But through every delay, God was patient. He didn’t let up on me. He kept nudging, guiding, and reminding me that this retreat wasn’t about my comfort; it was about the women who needed healing, community, and a safe space to breathe again.
And when it finally came together, it was beautiful. Women showed up with open hearts. The room was filled with joy, breakthroughs, sisterhood, laughter, and a powerful energy that confirmed: this is what I was called to do.
This retreat was more than an event. It was the moment I stepped into the work God entrusted to me, supporting women on their journey of awareness, healing, and transformation. And I’ve been walking in that purpose ever since.

I AM Enough retreat was founded on lived experiences and a deep commitment to support women in crisis. I’ve walked through my own seasons of loss, trauma, and rebuilding, and those experiences shaped my mission.

Today, I AM Enough exists to provide healing, transitional assistance, and empowerment for women and children escaping domestic violence and other forms of distress.

My “why” is simple:
No woman should have to rebuild her life alone.
Every woman deserves support, safety, and the tools to rise again.



This work is not just a nonprofit for me; it is my calling, my service, and my contribution to breaking cycles and restoring lives.
