We are a 24-hour/120 bed skilled nursing center that is fully focused on individualized, patient - centered care, offering complete physical and emotional care for each of our resident's and their loved ones.

What a wonderful time we had celebrating our beautiful residents during our pageant! 👑💐 There were smiles, laughter, confidence, and plenty of fun as we celebrated the amazing women who make our community so special. ❤️ A heartfelt thank you to Yvonne Sutton with Arkansas Home Hospice, Leann Tharp with Adoration Home Health, and Penny Lancaster for helping make this special event such a memorable one! We are so grateful for your time, support, and kindness. 💕🌸 And a very special congratulations to our Queen, Ms. Virginia Decker! 👑💖 You wore your crown beautifully! Here’s to celebrating friendship, confidence, laughter, and the joy of making memories together! 🌟

We had a wonderful time at the Lunch & Learn with Unity Health Clinics in the Newport area! It was a fantastic opportunity to connect, learn, and celebrate the incredible healthcare professionals who serve our community. Sunshine, smiles, and lots of fun were the perfect ingredients for our hilarious wheelchair wash! We enjoyed a joyful day filled with laughter, connection, and plenty of happy moments. A special thank you to Adoration Home Health for coming out and helping make this event such a fun and memorable experience for everyone. Our 4th of July celebration was made even more special with a wonderful performance by the BC Line Dancers! Everyone enjoyed the patriotic music, lively dancing, and the joy of celebrating together. Thank you to the BC Line Dancers for sharing your time and talents and helping create an afternoon filled with smiles, laughter, and unforgettable memories. ❤️🎆

We had a wonderful time at our Community Resource Fair filled with food, fun, and valuable resources for our community! We enjoyed coming together along with our sister facility to connect, learn, and celebrate the many services available to support our community. 😊 A heartfelt thank you to Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Bald K**b for graciously providing their facility, we're so grateful to have provided community resources along with Southern Caregivers, LTD, Hospice Home Care - Searcy, Signet Health, Sage Health, Federal Communications Commission, and AARP Foundation Committee for sharing their time, knowledge, and support. 🌼✨ We are so grateful for collaboration, community spirit, and the opportunity to come together for such a meaningful and impactful event! 💕

We are so grateful for the opportunity to be part of the Alzheimer's Arkansas Caregiver Workshop 💜 It was a meaningful time spent connecting with caregivers, sharing resources, and supporting those who give so much of themselves each day. We were especially thankful to support this event alongside our sister facility, The Blossoms at Oakdale working together to make a positive impact in our community. 🤝 Being involved in our community in this way reminds us how important education, compassion, and support truly are. We’re grateful to stand alongside such dedicated individuals and organizations making a difference. 💫
