Harmony Yoga Center Yoga and Wellness Center Harmony Yoga and Wellness Center is a spacious, warm, and welcoming space, meant to greet you with unconditional acceptance and love.

There are many class levels and styles of Yoga, Strength and Conditioning, Tai Chi, and Sound Meditations to choose from, including Restorative Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Power Yoga, and Hatha Yoga. The instructors at Harmony Center have studied multiple styles of yoga and training, specializing in alignment and body mechanics. Our goal is to create a community in which you feel welcome and supported as you connect with your body, your mind, and your spirit.

Join me, Beth Williams, every Tuesday and Thursday at noon for Warrior Fit: Strength Training for Yogis.

This class was designed 10 years ago from my personal training experience. What I found is that a lot of yogis didn’t have enough strength to hold yoga postures and were also struggling with strength in their daily lives.

I combine functional strength training with circuit training and often cycle through HIIT and Super Sets to challenge energy systems.

This is a fun class that will help you get stronger, build your cardiovascular system and improve your yoga practice.

All are welcome and modifications are always offered to ensure that it’s accessible.
