The extremes are easy to spot because they’re so clear cut.
But true, sustainable health habits are rooted in the space between the extremes.
The moment I let go of the belief that every health habit had to be extreme — and started embracing the belief of duality (that both things can be true at the same time) — healthy living became so much more enjoyable and sustainable.
I can eat balanced meals AND girl dinners,
I can eat veggies AND enjoy desserts,
I can exercise AND rest when my body needs it
…And not only feel healthy, but do so in a way that makes me feel whole.
