Looking for a beautiful way to move, breathe, and connect this weekend? We have two special offerings at The Riverwalk Center this Sunday, May 3. 🌿

Sunday Morning: Inversion & Arm Balance Workshop
8:00–10:30 AM
Join Tasha and Alycia for a 2.5-hour workshop designed to help you deepen your practice, build confidence, and explore balance and inversion postures safely. The workshop includes a 30-minute warm-up, dedicated time to practice specific postures, and guidance on how to enter, exit, and incorporate poses into your yoga sequence.

Sunday Afternoon: Donation-Based Restorative Yoga Class
3:30–4:30 PM
Join us for a gentle restorative class to help you slow down, reset, and be supported. This class is donation-based as we raise funds for Brittany and her family as they navigate recovery after a serious car accident.

Come for one or make a day of it. Whether you’re ready to play with strength and balance in the morning, rest deeply in the afternoon, or both, we’d love to see you at Riverwalk.
