Positive Connections provides psychiatric mental health care in-person in Dexter, Maine, and telehealth services statewide.

We are currently accepting applications for Yoga Teacher Training 2027 (January - April)!
This class will help you find your voice, whether teaching yoga or navigating your world! Whether you want to teach or get deeper into yoga philosophy for your own practice, this class is for you. Holly, Julie and Debra will support you on your path.

For the next few weeks our July evening classes take to the great outdoors! This week Wednesday 5:30 pm yoga will be a FREE COMMUNITY CLASS held on the stage in the Riverwalk Park (33 Center Street). Parking is in the municipal lot across from the Public Safety Building OR on the street. We have limited mats so if you have one, bring it:) Absolutely no experience necessary !!
