Today's message came very unexpectedly.

For quite some time now, I've felt withdrawn, and today I literally had to force myself to pick up my cards. As I reached for a deck, Divine Beloved, suddenly flew to the floor with such force that it echoed through the room with a loud boom. In that moment, I knew it was the deck that wanted to speak. It had a message that deeply desired to be heard.

I cleansed the deck, shuffled with intention, and seven cards flew out, with the eighth card resting on the bottom of the deck as the overall energy.

The message couldn't have been clearer.

Evolution. Uniqueness. Spirit. Beauty. Intuition. Now. Honoring. And the overall energy: Longing.

This reading is about recognizing just how far you've come and honoring every step that brought you here.

The work.

The healing.

Longing for the perfect relationship.

But life was never meant to be perfect.

It was meant to help your soul evolve.

It was meant to teach compassion, resilience, forgiveness, gratitude, and above all... love.

You were born with two incredible gifts: your intuition and your uniqueness.

Trust your inner knowing.

Honor your own journey instead of comparing it to someone else's.

Embrace every part of yourself, even the pieces you've spent years trying to hide, because those very pieces helped create the beautiful soul you are today.

Hello, beautiful souls. 💖

It sure has been a while! I haven't forgotten about any of you. I've simply been called to step back for a little while as I work on some BIG manifestations behind the scenes. I can't wait to share them with you once they're fully anchored into the physical.

To be honest, there were many moments over the past month when I thought about checking in. But every time I sat down to write, I felt a clear nudge that it wasn't quite time. So I honored that. As difficult as it was, I trusted that this season was asking me to be fully present with my own healing before trying to pour into others.

I hope you've all been doing well. These energies have been... wowza. They've invited so much deep soul-searching, reflection, and growth.

To be completely honest, I've felt quite lost since closing the store. While it brought a sense of relief, it also brought an unexpected loss of identity. I found myself asking, Who am I without that chapter? That space became such a significant part of my life, and I didn't realize just how much of myself I had tied to it until it was gone.

But with every passing day, the path ahead becomes a little clearer, and I am genuinely excited for this next phase of my journey.

Saying goodbye is never easy, but sometimes it's the most loving thing we can do for ourselves. I'm learning to offer myself the same grace, compassion, and patience that I so freely give to others as I navigate this season of transition.

I've been called inward, to observe, to listen, to heal, and to spend time in quiet reflection. While I hope to begin posting again soon, right now I'm honoring that call.

If there's one thing this season has reminded me of, it's that so many of us are searching for answers. But more often than not, the answers we're seeking aren't outside of us, they've been within us all along. We simply have to slow down enough to hear them. Listen to your inner voice, trust what it's showing you, and take small, conscious steps toward the life you're being called to create.

Wow... these energies have been intense.

How is everyone doing?

The only way I can describe what has been going on lately is like a pressure cooker that has been building and building... until it finally bursts.

For weeks now I've kept hearing the words, "plot twist." Little did I know I was about to experience one myself.

My own pressure cooker reached the point where I couldn't keep the lid on anymore. Everything I had been avoiding... truths that felt too painful to face... suddenly became impossible to ignore. There was nowhere left to run or hide. I had to face them.

Unfortunately, when everything came rushing to the surface, I reacted quickly and impulsively because I couldn't see another way. I had pushed these feelings down for so long because living in denial felt safer. But eventually it all came pouring out like a dam breaking.

I'm sharing this because I hope it helps someone else move through this energy with a little more grace than I did.

This goes right back to everything we've been talking about these past few weeks... releasing what is no longer in alignment with your highest good.

Right now you're being given an opportunity to choose that release for yourself. I truly encourage you to take it.

Because when we continue resisting what our soul already knows, life has a way of creating the circumstances that bring us back into alignment anyway. Those lessons often feel much harder because they're no longer our choice, they become experiences that invite us to finally face what we've been avoiding.

I knew for a long time my soul was asking me to be honest with myself, but I held on because part of me still hoped things would somehow work out differently.

But sometimes, no matter how deeply we love something or how desperately we want it to work, if the timing isn't right, we can't force what isn't ready to unfold. The more we try to hold on, the heavier it can become.

You can only silence your truth for so long before it demands to be heard.

If you're holding onto something that deep down you know is ready to be released, this may be your invitation.

Choose yourself.
Choose truth.
Choose peace.

Lean on your strength, your faith, your trust, and your compassion, for yourself and for everyone involved.

Be gentle with yourself right now, and be gentle with others. So many people are navigating profound internal shifts, even if they don't show it.

As intense as this season feels, I truly believe it's part of something much greater than we can see right now.

Keep releasing.

Keep trusting.

Even if your heart can't yet understand where this path is leading, trust that every step is bringing you closer to where your soul is meant to be.

As many of you know, the past few months have brought a season of change, reflection, and growth. While closing the store was not an easy decision, it has also created space for me to reconnect with what truly lights up my soul and the work I feel most called to do.

While the storefront chapter of Age of Aquarius Healing Center has come to a close, the healing journey continues.

This experience has taught me so much about community, connection, healing, and purpose. As I move forward, this page will be evolving into AGE OF AQUARIUS HEALING, a space where I'll continue sharing collective messages, spiritual guidance, inspiration, personal growth, community connection, personal readings, and eventually retreats and sacred gatherings.

The walls may be changing, but the mission remains the same: to uplift, inspire, heal, and remind others of the wisdom that already exists within them.

Yesterday's message really brought up some difficult feelings, and I found myself sitting with it long after the day was over.

"Letting go."

I truly believe it is one of the hardest lessons we are asked to learn in this human experience.

Especially when it's something that felt sacred. Something you believed in. Something you poured your heart, your energy, your time, and your dreams into.

So how do you just let go?

The truth is, I don't think letting go is about suddenly not caring anymore. It's not about losing the love, the hope, the faith, or pretending something never mattered.

Because when something or someone means that much to you, you don't just flip a switch, pull back your energy, and voilà, it's done.

There is history attached.

There is potential attached.

There are dreams attached.

There are memories, lessons, and all the "what ifs" that come with them.

The reason I'm reflecting on this today is because I want you to know that I see you.

I see the people carrying something they know they need to release but aren't quite ready to.

I see the people grieving a version of life they thought would unfold differently.

I see the people trying to choose themselves while their heart is still attached somewhere else.

You're not alone.

Having to let go is difficult because it requires us to surrender the illusion of control. Yet the truth is, we never had control in the first place. Everyone has free will, and sometimes one choice, one moment, one decision changes the entire trajectory of a path.

I don't think letting go is meant to be easy.

I think it's meant to teach us trust.

Trust that what is meant for us will find us.

Trust that what leaves creates space.

Trust that we don't have to cling to something in order for it to be ours.

Maybe the reason so many people struggle with letting go is because we've been taught that it should happen all at once.

As if one day we simply decide we're done and the feelings disappear.

But that's not how healing works.

Letting go is a process.

It's a practice.

It's choosing, over and over again, to release your attachment to the outcome.

It's allowing yourself to grieve what was, what is, and what could have been.

It's recognizing when your mind is replaying old conversations, old memories, or imagined futures and gently bringing yourself back to the present moment.

It's understanding that closure doesn't always come from another person. Sometimes closure comes from the moment you stop waiting for an answer and decide to give yourself permission to move forward.

It's bringing your energy back home to yourself every time you notice you've handed it away.

And most importantly, it's having compassion for yourself on the days you struggle.

Because letting go doesn't mean you stop loving.

It doesn't mean you stop caring.

It doesn't mean you forget.

It means you stop fighting reality.

You stop trying to force, control, chase, fix, or hold together something that is no longer yours to carry.

You bless it.

You honor it.

You thank it for what it taught you.

And then, one breath at a time, one day at a time, one choice at a time, you continue moving forward.

Not because it's easy.

But because you deserve peace too.

And perhaps the hardest part of letting go isn't releasing the person, the dream, or the situation itself.

Perhaps it's releasing the story we created around it.

The future we imagined.

The timeline we hoped for.

The expectations we carried.

The belief that things would unfold a certain way.

Because sometimes what hurts most isn't what we lost.

It's what we thought was coming.

And healing begins when we stop arguing with what is and start making peace with what is.

Not because we understand it.

Not because we like it.

But because we trust that life may be creating space for something we cannot yet see.

And perhaps that is the true gift hidden within letting go.

Not the loss.

Not the ending.

But the space it creates.

The space to return to yourself.

The space to rediscover who you are outside of what you were holding onto.

The space for new possibilities, new experiences, and new blessings to find their way to you.

Because every time we loosen our grip on what was meant to be a chapter, we allow life to continue writing the story.

And while letting go may never feel easy, it does become easier when we remember that releasing something isn't the same as losing it.

Sometimes it's simply trusting it enough to let it become whatever it was always meant to be.
