Hello massage family! Everyone is feeling it…the whole world seems more expensive these days. From groceries to gas prices, the little extra for ourselves is quickly disappearing from the budget. I’ve been asking myself how I can help and the simple answer for me was making massage and self care more accessible. A guided meditation from me to you! I hope this brings you peace !
Guided conflict meditation :

• Whether sitting or lying down, begin to take a few mindful breaths. Nice and easy, in and out… begin to bring awareness to your breath and how and where it moves in your body. Take these breaths and awareness without judgement, simply awareness.

• Once you feel comfortable, knowing you are in a safe space, speak out loud the word CONFLICT.

• As you begin to see, hear, and feel this word and the infinite meanings behind it, without judgment, begin to notice where you feel this word shows up in your body.

• Notice how this word makes you feel in your body, is there tension, is there lightness, is there inner or outer conflict that arises in this area?

• Once you have identified the structures or areas of the body that are activated by this word, without judgment, ask if there are any messages around conflict, whether inner or external.

• After some time meditating on these areas, breathe mindfully into them, and feel the exhalation “through” those structures of the body with the intention of releasing anything that no longer serves your highest good.

• With each exhalation, and with kindness, release these energies surrounding conflict that no longer serve you.

• You may now begin to move your body, stretch, breathe in any way that feels good to come back to center.

• Congratulations!! Look at you go!! You have asked some potent and powerful questions of yourself today, and that is an act of self-love!!
