But the work of a caregiver is sacred.

At Rodimon Caregiving, our caregivers earn 70% of every dollar paid to the company.
The remaining 30% covers payroll taxes, workers comp, liability insurance, unemployment tax — and yes, a small profit to keep the business sustainable.

I have been a caregiver for over 20 years. I have felt the burnout. I have felt the grief of missing my babies’ firsts. I have worked holidays. I have stayed late to cover shifts. When COVID hit, I worked even more when staff got sick and coverage was needed. I risked my family’s health to care for others.

This company was built from lived experience — not just business plans.
