Yesterday, the community of the city of Monroe, MI came together in downtown Monroe to help fight for and support those in recovery.

It was a beautiful day and a perfect time to get to know others striving toward the same goal in our community. We heard from judge Nichols as well as stories and successes of those in the community who have achieved successful abstinent recovery; who are also taking part in helping those who are just starting their own journey to sobriety.

Seeing everyone out supporting and fully engaging with the event was really something special. It shows how much we can all achieve when we come together as humans fighting for humanity. 🫶🏽🌻

Sunshine and salutations! For all of those that like to be out in nature, taking it easy, enjoying the cacophony of soothing nature sounds without the need for a mat, come and join Spirit Wolf Apothecary this Saturday at Munson Park in Monroe MI for a meditation nature walk. I will be there at 12:45 to round everyone up and the walk will start at 1:00pm. This is a FREE event, all you have to do is reserve your space by contacting me directly via phone/text or by social media. Water will be provided but you may bring your own. Happy sunshine beautiful souls. I am just stopping by to let everyone know that Pilates will be happening this Friday at Lamb Fitness in Dundee. Class starts at 9:00am. Spirit Wolf Apothecary LLC is with Passion of Mind Healing Center at this years MDOC recovery festival. We are still here for another hour so come down and see us and get in some mini meditation and yoga if you’d like. Catching some of the morning rays while the weather is perfect. Doesn’t happen that often in MI so we have to take it when we can. 🙂🤗🤭 Have a beautiful day everyone and don’t forget to feed your peace. 🌻🌻(as always super sped up for time and I apologize for the angle. The point is nothing should keep us from nature. If we want peace and solitude we have to make time to be out in nature, intertwine in that nature and enjoy the present moment 😉🥰)
