als. I bring a unique and integrative approach to each client that pulls from my orthopedic, spa and therapeutic body work experience. In my sessions, you’ll find that massages are intuitive, customized to your needs, grounding and restorative with spa-like elements using aromatherapy and/or heat pads. Client-centered care is the focus of my work in massage therapy. I discuss clients’ concerns, preferences, and desired outcomes at the outset of each session, and work with them to achieve their goals. I often give “homework” in the form of a small number of targeted stretches that enhance and extend the therapeutic benefits of the massage. I enjoy helping people understand the underlying causes of their aches and pains, and multi-faceted ways to reduce their symptoms.
