It’s still 330 872-6400 sometimes we have high call volume and your call will ring busy. Please don’t call Shop n Save to see if our phones are working we’re just really busy at times and it takes a minute to clear the line. Thank you 😊

Understanding your prescription label on your bottle:
1. Rx #1234567 what we need when you call in a refill
2. Prescribers name that wrote the prescription
3.Date we processed the prescription
4. Your instructions on how to take your current prescription ( sometimes doctors change how you are taking a medication always read the instructions on any new prescription)
5. Qty left: (this is how many pills are left on this prescription)
6. Name of medication
7. Refills
-this will tell you if
a. you have any refills
b. How long your refills are good for *example: 3 Refills until 10/14/26
*example: 0 refills
8. Your doctors phone number
9. Original date your prescription was filled
10. NDC number for the medication we used to fill your prescription

If you are set up for texting notifications there are a few things to remember:
1. It’s not always working
2. It’s a notification of a prescription being filled
-I understand it says it’s ready now but if you are told it has to be ordered it will not be here until the next day after 2 pm.
-It doesn’t know we need to order the medication.
3. It usually comes an hour after we’ve processed your prescription
- so If we tell you it needs ordered and then you get a text its here- it’s not
5. It SHOULD text you 2 days before your refill is due
-it does not know you do not have refills on your prescription
-it just knows you are due for a refill
-it’s not always 💯 if your medication is low and you have not received a text notification call us please and we will refill it or let you know it’s out of refills
6. We do not control the texting it’s built in
and it’s not flawless
We want to make things as easy as possible for our customers but sometimes it doesn’t always work. We apologize for any misunderstanding this has caused hopefully this helps. Thank you 😊

Just want to clarify a common misunderstanding with our texting system. When you ask for a prescription to be filled and it’s something we need to order our system will text you it’s ready. It doesn’t realize we have to order it. It only understands we processed it. So if we tell you the prescription will not be here until tomorrow after 2pm and an hour later you get a text saying it’s ready now. It is not ready. We are sorry for the flaw in this system but we have to process it so we can order it. So please please listen to the human not the technology.
