Kinetic Edge Direct Spotlight: Cupping Therapy

Cupping therapy is a recovery technique that uses gentle suction to lift the skin and underlying tissues, rather than compressing them like traditional massage. The cups create negative pressure that helps increase circulation, reduce muscle tension, and support the body's natural recovery process.
Those circular marks you may see after cupping? They are not bruises! They are a result of increased circulation and typically fade within a few days.

Benefits of cupping may include:
✅ Reducing muscle tightness and tension
✅ Improving blood flow
✅ Supporting pain relief
✅ Promoting faster recovery
✅ Improving mobility
✅ Helping address scar tissue and fascial restrictions

Cupping can be beneficial for:
- Athletes looking to improve performance and recovery
- Individuals dealing with muscle tightness or chronic soreness
- Desk workers experiencing posture-related tension and stiffness
- Those with limited mobility or soft tissue restrictions
- Individuals recovering from injury who want to support tissue healing

At Kinetic Edge, our specialists use cupping as part of a personalized approach to help you move better, recover faster, and feel your best.
