Two ladies said their massage yesterday was their Mother's Day gift. For one, it was from her husband; the other said it was her Mother's Day gift to herself. What a great idea! Some of yesterday's massage recipients have decided that it is time to start doing more self-care. It isn't selfish to take care of yourself. It will help you take better care of others.
