Newton-Wellesley Hospital recently celebrated the incredible volunteers who give their time, compassion and energy to support our patients, families and staff. At this year’s Volunteer Appreciation Ceremony, volunteers were recognized for milestones ranging from 5 to 30 years of service and for contributing thousands of hours of care and kindness.

A special congratulations to Stephanie Harris and Gail Weigner, recipients of the Linda Furlong Commitment to Service Award for their dedication to the Reiki Volunteer Program. Thank you to all of our volunteers for the many ways you make a difference every day.

Marathon Monday is always an exciting day for our community as the 130th Boston Marathon passes by Newton-Wellesley Hospital. To help everyone plan ahead, please note:
🚪 The hospital’s main/front entrance will be closed on Monday, April 20
🚗 Vehicle parking will be limited, with changes beginning Friday, April 17
