Join us Saturday August 8th at 3pm to honor our dogi yogi Saylor Starfox for a California style “Paddle Out” - a tradition to show love and reverence for a beloved community member.

I have 3 spots left for those who don’t have paddleboard gear and want to sign up. If you have your own paddleboard and gear theres a link to sign up as well choose the BMOB (bringing my own board) option.

All proceeds will go towards ROAR | Ridgefield, CT Animal Rescue you can also donate to them directly and not its in honor of Saylor Starfox

Thank you all for you love and words of encouragement. Losing Saylor has been devastating on levels that are hard to express. I hope you can join us Saturday. He loved the water and paddleboarding and this seemed a fitting way to remember him

Foundations of yoga is sold out! The people have spoken: they want peace. And maybe to touch their toes lol

These are the brave folks that do something about the “ I cant do yoga because Im not flexible” issue. They gather up some courage and take an intro series! We also have folks in here tonight who regularly attend this series because flexibility takes time and regular practice to maintain!

Our first sunset SUP and Savasana of the season is THIS Sunday eve 6-7:30pm

Ill teach you how to paddleboard and stretch out then we relax in a floating savasana! The boards are wide and designed for yoga, all safety gear, use of the biards, paddle and lesson included in the experience.
