A reminder from Cecilia Rodrigues, LMFT, EMDR Therapist 💜

If something feels off with your joints, you see a physical therapist.

If something feels off with your heart, you see a cardiologist.

If something feels off with your body, you check in with your doctor.

Your brain is a vital organ too, and it deserves the same care.

Therapy isn’t a sign that something is wrong with you. It’s healthcare. It’s support, insight, and a space to navigate life’s challenges with guidance instead of going it alone.

You don’t have to wait until you’re overwhelmed to reach out.
