What a beautiful way to end July! As y'all know, I will be away from the office during the month of August to end the summer with my family. I appreciate everyone's understanding! Please still feel free to contact me about any questions, booking a future appt, or just to say hi! I loved that I was kept as busy as I was, but even more loved that y'all left my office relaxed and happy!! I loooove what I do and nothing makes me happier than helping people feel better overall with their mentality, physical body, and energetic soul. I look forward to coming back in September rested and ready for y'all in the Fall! 🍂❤️

Be like water. As you suspend yourself in stillness, let go of what holds you down or holds you back. Take time to live in wonder and enjoy the simple pleasures life offers to us everyday. Even though we are our own worst critics, don't be the one in your own way when it comes to improving yourself or taking the leap of faith to a new adventure. Even in stillness, remember to always know where your feet are to be able to reground yourself. So be like water and adapt to your surroundings and always take good care of yourself ❤️ ✨
