We were honored to participate in the 2026 5th Annual Emerging Leaders Conference hosted by the Grand Island Central School District!

This incredible event gave 8th grade students the opportunity to explore future career pathways, leadership opportunities, and personal growth through interactive career cluster sessions led by professionals from across the community.

Our President & CEO, Kristi Yerger, represented the Healthcare & Human Services field and shared information about the work we do at Northpointe Council, Inc. in prevention, treatment, and recovery throughout Niagara County. Students learned about careers in behavioral health, community prevention, substance use treatment, and recovery support services, while also hearing about the importance of helping others and making a positive impact within their communities.

Thank you to Grand Island School District for inviting us to be part of such a meaningful event focused on empowering the next generation of leaders!
