Located near Lake Mingo Park, Nicholasville Nursing & Rehabilitation offers compassionate 24-hour Skilled Nursing care in our 73-bed facility. We listen, we understand, and develop personal therapy and care programs designed to maximize your abilities and life. This includes assisting with daily living activities and skills, such as balance training, medication management, IV therapy, and diabetes

management. Should you need support services, know that we can arrange everything from mental health consultations to x-rays, lab work to podiatry services, as well as private home and hospice care.

Join us in giving a special shoutout to our amazing Activities Assistant, Audrey Walden! 💙🌟

Audrey first joined our community as a receptionist and quickly became a friendly, welcoming face to everyone who walked through our doors. After more than a year in that role, she transitioned into Activities Assistant, where she has truly been thriving.

Her compassion, enthusiasm, and genuine connection with our residents shine through every day. Audrey is loved by residents, families, and fellow Care Team members alike, and we are so proud to see her continue to grow and make such a positive impact on our community!
