Another amazing event CLC was invited to be a part of and if you know me, the high school and students are near and dear to my heart 🩵Excited to interact with students Friday and share supportive info about our services!

May is 🍃Mental Health Awareness🍃month and all week we will be sharing ideas with students on taking care of their own mental health.

Guests this week include the YMCA, BCHD, City of Niles Parks and Recreation and Calm Lake Counseling.

Monday in place of our normal team meeting, I
planned a painting activity for our team, with snacks & lots of laughs🩵Even therapists need mindful activities to reset and “fill us” back up. This is what allows us to be present and ready to support our clients in sometimes really tough sessions. Thankful for this team EVERY DAY!
