“Hi! I’m Ally!

I graduated in May 2025 with my bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Technology and passed my certification exam in Massachusetts that August. I moved to South Carolina a little over a year ago to be closer to my mom, and I’ve been working as a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) at 96 Vet for almost a year!

I’ve had a passion for animals and veterinary medicine for as long as I can remember, and I love being able to care for our patients and help them live happy, healthy lives. I have a special interest in exotic animals, so I especially enjoy meeting and caring for all the unique and wonderful species that come through our doors.

Outside of work, I share my home with two dogs and five cats of my own! Over the years, I’ve also had a variety of other pets, including chickens, hamsters, a leopard gecko, a hedgehog, and a rabbit.”

🐾 Day 4 of Tech Week! Meet another one of our amazing veterinary technicians as we continue celebrating the people who make a difference every day! 🩷

“Hello! My name is Chelsea, I have been working in veterinary medicine for 6 years and have a passion for caring for animals of all shapes and sizes.

My husband and I recently moved here from North Carolina and have been loving the area and this new chapter, everyone in town and at 96 Vet Care have been wonderful to us and very welcoming, I’m grateful to be apart of it. We have our two dogs,
Koda and Basil, and our newest kitten addition named Remi!

One of the most meaningful parts of my job is being there for owners during the difficult times. I understand how much pets mean to their families and feel honored to provide comfort, compassion, and support when they need it most.

I am grateful to be part of a profession that allows me to make a difference both for the pets and owners. ❤️🐶🐱🐮🐐”

“Hi, I’m Erin !
I’ve been at 96 since we first opened our doors in May 2025! 🐾
You can usually find me at the front desk as your veterinary receptionist, helping as a veterinary assistant, or jumping in wherever I’m needed. I love wearing many hats and doing whatever I can to help our team, our patients, and their families. When things get busy, my digital AI assistant, Kate, helps me keep things running smoothly while I’m assisting other clients or lending a hand to my team in the back.
Outside of work, I’m married to my best friend, and together we have four wonderful kids who keep life full of love and adventure! Our family also includes three dogs, three cats, and a bearded dragon, so you could say animals are a pretty big part of our lives! ❤️
I absolutely love what I do, my amazing work family, and all the wonderful clients who trust us with their beloved pets. Being part of Ninety Six Veterinary Care means so much to me, and I’m grateful to be part of a team that cares so deeply about the animals and people who walk through our doors.

🐾 For Day 2 of Veterinary Technician Week, we’re introducing another wonderful member of our team!

“Hi! I’m Mackenzie! 🐾

I’ve been working in veterinary medicine since 2019 and have loved being able to care for animals and be a part of their lives. I joined the team at 96 Vet Care in April, and I’m excited to continue learning, growing, and doing what I love!

One of my favorite things about veterinary medicine is being able to help animals and make a difference in their care. Every day brings something new, and that’s one of the things that makes this field so rewarding.

When I’m not at work, you can usually find me outdoors! I love spending time at the lake, hunting, and traveling whenever I get the chance. I’m also a proud dog mom to three dogs: a Mountain Cur mix, a Blue Heeler, and a Golden Retriever. They definitely keep life interesting!

I’m so thankful to be part of the veterinary field and look forward to many more years of learning, growing, and caring for our patients. 🩷”

We are kicking the week off with Kaitlyn !

“Hi! I’m Kaitlyn!
I’ve been with 96 Vet Care since the very beginning! And I’m so proud of what it has become.
I started working in Veterinary Medicine in 2016. I’ve worked in just about every position within a hospital - From emergency medicine to administrative (but being a Technician is my most favorite). I really love it all!
My favorite thing about my job is being able to educate and talk to all of our clients about their pets! I’m chatty.. Just ask any of the other girls here… I hardly keep my mouth shut! So being able to use that “talent” to educate on best care for our pets is the best! I also love any teeny, tiny, spicy dogs. So any patients that I get to work with that meet that description make me very happy!
When I’m not at work, I’m a mama to 2 sweet babies and a wife to my best friend! We share our house with our very first baby, our 3-legged Chihuahua named Chai. And most recent, a very cute and VERY crazy Goldendoodle puppy named Malibu.”
