ing over 20 years of experience offering Women Prenatal and Postpartum massage, Infant Massage, Thai Massage, Ayurvedic Massage, Deep Tissue, and Hot Stone Massage. in Dance from Washington University in 1997, then graduated from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy in Boulder, Colorado in 1998. There I trained in Injury Rehab for dancers and athletes, repetitive use injuries, and whiplash, and Hot Stone Massage. The birth of my 2 children led to my studies of Prenatal, Postpartum, and Infant Massage. My practice of yoga inspired my interest in Thai Massage and Ayurvedic Massage. I also teach Movement classes to benefit your physical and mental health. I offer Planet Motion World Dance Fitness, Hoop Dance, Modern Dance, and Creative Movement for children.

This past year has been one adventure after another - starting with your DASI tour, our trip to Portugal and Beaver Island, then your internship in LA (with a stop a Bryce Canyon on the way), Grandma’s Celebration of Life, Meow Wolf in Vegas, Nina & Arrow’s wedding in Vermont, Cute Planet Climate and Music festival that you organized in NYC, St. Louis with Oma & Opa for Thanksgiving, Christmas in Durham, back home for New Years and snowboarding in Taos, Winter Park, and Summit County, back to LA for internship/Synch Training, and your east coast tour of family in Durham, Collapse Ritual with Dasi in NYC, Magic 8 House show with seekers of 0nyx in Nashville in May, and back to NYC to move into your new apartment with Cat just in time to celebrate your Birthday!!! WOW!! What a year! 🤩 Wishing you another great one ahead! I love you sooo much!!! 🥳🎈🎂😘

I’m lucky to be married to this wonderful man who supports me whole heartedly and even comes to my dance class so that I’ll always have at least one student! Thanks ! I love you and am happy to be dancing through life with you!
