A moment for our marketing king, Phil Cook. Along with the 1241st, he completed the Danish Flyver March last week at Fort Leavenworth, KS. We are proud of you! And S/O to bri 🧿🌿🦋📸☮️🥾 for being his rucking buddy!

The little things make a big difference.

Our hospitality corner got a sweet upgrade today from Verse Chocolate, and it fits perfectly with what we’re all about: thoughtful touches to help you feel genuinely welcomed the moment you walk in the door.

Thank you Verse for crafting something worth sharing.

From a pop-up shop to a fulfilled clinic inside CrossFit Republic, Refuge Wellness has evolved with many friends and clients surrounding its growth. We would not be living out our purpose without being able to serve you and your families!

On January 2, 2026, Refuge Wellness will fully transition to a new location at 1856 North Commerce Drive, Nixa, MO 65714.

In our new location, we will be welcoming the talents of Sarah Rone and Klee Goes--and are excited to hone our crafts together to better serve you!

The BEST IS YET TO COME.
