5 Ways to Reset yourself this summer:
1. Walk every day- gives you confidence, boosts mood, gets blood flowing, helps increase metabolism, make you feel good so walk at least 20-30 minutes every day
2. Drink more water- this helps keep you hydrated, gives you energy, reduces bloating, helps keep skin healthy
3. Stretch every day- this helps with posture, less stiffness, lowers risk of injuries
4. Get 7-9 hours sleep- this helps balance hormones, boost mood, minimize weight gain
5. Lift weights- 2-3 pounds weights will help you gain and maintain healthy muscle
