The place of true practice, transformation and healing! Yoga is an ancient science for creating health, internal balance, and vitality. At Ashtanga Yoga Studio we offer a wide variety of classes for people from all walks of life. Ashtanga Yoga focuses on bre

ath and flowing movement to build heat in the body. The sequences make it easy for students to develop a personal practice and give a fundamental understanding that can be applied to all yoga. We offer several other styles of yoga as well, including:
- Fly Yoga (Aerial Yoga)
- Yoga therapy
- Hatha Yoga
- Meditation
- Yoga and Thai massage workshops

Starting from our Level I classes which are carefully designed to introduce yoga in a safe and supportive way, we also offer several other levels, each becoming increasingly challenging. Our classes lead up to advanced practices as well as other aspects of yoga including Pranayama, Mudra, and Meditation.

In-person 200-hour Ashtanga certification in Norman, Oklahoma. Monthly weekends with E-RYT 500 Andrew Eppler, rooted in the Mysore tradition. RYT 200.
