What if the answers you’ve been looking for aren’t outside of you? 🤍
Sometimes we reach a point where we’ve talked it through, thought it through, journaled it, prayed about it… and we still feel like there’s something deeper asking to be understood.
That’s part of what I love about QHHT®.
A session gives you several uninterrupted hours to slow down, talk through what’s been happening in your life, get clear on the questions you want to explore, and then gently move into hypnosis to see what your subconscious may bring forward.
People come in curious about all kinds of things — relationships, repeating patterns, life direction, past-life experiences, spiritual questions, or simply that feeling of “I know there’s more to this.”
You don’t have to perform.
You don’t have to know what you’re going to see.
You don’t even have to be “good” at hypnosis.
You just come as you are, with curiosity.
Your experience is private, unrushed, and yours to explore. We talk beforehand, move through the hypnosis experience together, and leave time afterward to discuss what came through. You also receive your recording so you can revisit it later.

Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is give ourselves enough quiet to hear what has been underneath the noise all along.

✨ Learn Integrated Energy Therapy — September 25
Have you been curious about IET or wanting to learn how to work with energy more intentionally?
My next Integrated Energy Therapy® Basic Level class is Friday, September 25 in Noblesville.
This is where we begin learning the IET system—including the nine integration points, how to work with them, and the technique IET describes as helping to get the “issues out of the tissues.”
You don't have to already be an energy practitioner. Some students come because they want another modality to use professionally, while others simply feel called to learn energy work for themselves and the people they love.
I teach in a small, personal setting, so there is plenty of time for questions, hands-on practice and actually experiencing the work—not just reading through a workbook.
Registration closes this Friday, September 18, so I can order/prepare your class materials and have everything ready for you.
If you've been thinking, “Maybe I should do this…”
This may be your nudge. đź’ś

A lot of people who come to learn energy work from me aren’t trying to become “energy healers.”

They’re hairstylists. Nurses. Coaches. Wellness professionals. Caregivers. People who already spend their days holding space for other human beings.

And that’s one reason I’ve become increasingly passionate about teaching energy work through the lens of grounding, boundaries, consent, ethics, discernment, and self-awareness — not just technique.

You can believe in life-force energy and still ask important questions:

How do I stay grounded while someone else is emotional?

How do I know what belongs to me and what doesn’t?

How do I work intuitively without projecting my own experiences onto someone else?

How do I respect someone’s beliefs without imposing mine?

How do I know when something is outside my scope and needs to be referred to another professional?

Those questions matter just as much as learning where to place your hands.

Over the years, I’ve taught Reiki and Integrated Energy Therapy in mostly one-on-one and very small group settings, and many of my students are people already working in service-oriented professions.

That’s part of what inspired me to begin developing Guiding in the Light — a foundational program around ethical energy awareness, intuition, grounding, spiritual discernment, and responsible practice.

For some people, it may simply deepen their own self-awareness.

For others, it may become the foundation before moving into formal Reiki or IET training.

Either way, I believe if we’re going to work closely with people — physically, emotionally, energetically, or spiritually — how we hold that responsibility matters.

Curious about learning energy work, but not sure where to start?

A lot of the people who find me are first drawn to Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) because they’re looking for something hands-on, structured, and focused on emotional and energetic patterns held within the body.

And then the questions usually start:
Should I learn IET first?
Would Reiki be a better foundation?
Can I learn both?

The answer is: there isn’t one perfect order for everyone.

IET and Reiki are both energy-based practices, but I experience and teach them very differently.

IET gives you a specific hands-on system using integration points on the body and a structured process for working with energetic and emotional patterns.

Reiki gives you a beautiful foundation for working with life-force energy, beginning with self-practice and expanding into working with others.

Some of my students start with Reiki.
Some start with IET.

And quite a few eventually learn both because they discover that the modalities complement one another while still feeling very different.

My teaching style is usually one-on-one or very small group, because I want students to have room to ask questions, practice, understand grounding and energetic boundaries, talk about ethics and consent, and leave actually feeling comfortable using what they learned.

You don't need to already consider yourself intuitive.

You don't need to be planning a healing business.

Sometimes learning energy work begins simply because you're curious about your own energy, your own healing practices, and what you're capable of learning.

I teach IET and Reiki in person in Noblesville on the north side of Indianapolis, and if you're wondering which one would make the most sense for you to begin with, you're always welcome to message me. đź’ś

There’s something about standing beside a tree that has been here for 300+ years that puts everything into perspective. 🌳🤍
This is my happy place — surrounded by woods, quiet, fresh air, and trees that have witnessed more seasons than I can even imagine.
I always feel drawn to reach out and touch them. Maybe it’s grounding. Maybe it’s reverence. Maybe it’s just the reminder that life doesn’t have to be rushed.
These trees have survived storms, droughts, bitter winters, change, loss, and new growth… and they’re still here.
When I put my hands on one, I don’t need it to tell me anything profound.
I just feel myself come back to the present.
Rooted. Quiet. Grateful.
Sometimes healing really can be as simple as getting outside, putting your feet on the earth, touching something ancient, and remembering that you’re part of nature too. 🌿✨

This is why I love this work. 🤍

Every QHHT® session is completely personal, and I never know where someone’s subconscious will take them or what they’ll discover along the way.

Jennifer recently shared this after her session, and I’m so grateful she gave me permission through her public review to share her experience.

What stands out to me most isn’t even the fascinating past-life experience she had — it’s that she felt safe, held, and cared for while exploring it.

That matters deeply to me.
QHHT gives you several uninterrupted hours to slow down, explore the questions you’ve been carrying, and see what your own subconscious may bring forward.

And Jennifer said something I think describes the experience beautifully:
“The more you can let go and surrender to the experience, the more you will receive.”

Thank you, Jennifer, for trusting me with your experience and for sharing it so others who are curious about QHHT can hear from someone who has actually experienced it. 🤍

A woman came to see me because she was curious.
She wasn’t necessarily looking for some huge dramatic answer. She just kept feeling like there was more underneath the surface of her life than she could explain. Certain patterns, certain emotions, certain relationships that seemed to hit deeper than they should.
So we went into hypnosis.
At first, she wasn’t sure what would come through. And that’s normal. Sometimes people expect fireworks, but the subconscious has its own way of showing you what matters.
What came forward felt almost like stepping into another chapter of herself. Whether you call it a past life, a symbolic story, or the subconscious creating imagery to help make sense of something, there was a theme she couldn’t ignore.
She saw herself in a life where she had learned to stay quiet, keep the peace, and carry more than her share.
And suddenly pieces of this life made more sense.
Why she struggled to say no.
Why she felt responsible for everyone else’s feelings.
Why she kept choosing the same type of dynamic even though she consciously knew better.
The interesting part wasn’t proving where the story came from.
The interesting part was what she understood because of it.
She came out of hypnosis with this realization that she had spent so much of her life reacting from an old pattern without even knowing it was there.
And once you can see a pattern, you have a chance to choose differently.
That’s one of my favorite parts of subconscious exploration.
You don’t have to believe in past lives.
You don’t have to know exactly what you’re looking for.
Sometimes curiosity is enough.
Because your subconscious may not hand you a prediction of your future.
It may hand you something even more useful:
a clearer understanding of what has been shaping it.
