We have a theme at Cracked Open of permission.

Permission to change.
Permission to evolve.
Permission to tell the truth.
Permission to want more.
Permission to become.

Lately, I’ve been realizing I need to practice what I preach.

So I wrote myself a permission slip:
“I give myself permission to offer coaching.”

It’s vulnerable.
It’s exciting.
And honestly, it feels more aligned with the kind of transformational work I most love to do.

I’m opening a limited number of founding member coaching spots as I step into this next chapter.

Last week we celebrated the addition of our "blue house" with a ribbon-cutting ceremony & open house with local businesses and community members. Many thanks to the for offering this beautiful way to celebrate our practice.
